Abstract
Given the interest of our government in the service of pilgrims and the provision of all means of comfort to them, it is our duty to participate in the service of pilgrims and facilitate the difficulties faced by the organizers of the Hajj, which are :
1- Large numbers of pilgrims to be serve.
2- Procedures for entry by the Saudi Consulate.
3- Health actions by the Ministry of Health.
4- Procedures for residence by the passport office.
5- Procedures for movement and accommodation by Tawafa Foundation.
The idea of this project " Pilgrim's Smart Card Using RFID Technology "
is providing technical solutions to facilitate these difficulties.
● The project consists of three main parts:
1- RFID Tag: Is given to each pilgrim to use it in all procedures without carrying documents or banknotes in order to facilitate identification of pilgrim to service him quickly and easily.
2- RFID Reader: Is available by those serving the pilgrim for the pilgrim's identification process.
3- Database: Contains all the pilgrims data.
We have in this project three services: ●
1- Guidance Location: We provide this service for pilgrims to guide their locations by using RFID technology.
2- Store : Help the pilgrims to buy their own purposes rapidly by using RFID technology.
3- Hotel : Control in room of each pilgrim through the opening and closing the door, lighting and air conditioner by using RFID technology.

4.1 Project Idea:
Using RFID technology to facilitate the responsible administrative work in the service of pilgrims such as (Saudi Consulate, Passports, Ministry of Health, and Tawafa Foundation) since the entry of pilgrims till the exit from Saudi territory. And it also be used to serve the pilgrims in three services (location, store and hotel).
4.2 Project Description:
Every pilgrim has a tag with an ID number and a certain amount in user account. The reader machine will be available to provide service for pilgrims, stores, hotels, and guidance locations and it will be connect to the database which have all information about pilgrims.
